Fantastic gem in Tokyo!

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean. The location is close to the Skytree, which my 10 and 5 year old loved. They also enjoyed staying in a traditional Japanese bedroom. It was very comfortable. The linens and towels were high quality. The staff were very welcoming. They greet you with a drink and snacks and slippers. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The terrace on the roof is beautiful. We also appreciated how they refilled our water bottle supply everyday for free. The hotel is also close to a very nice grocery store, which we found helpful. My family and I would stay and recommend the Sola Hotel.

I really have nothing that I would improve. It is truly excellent.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable, great value for money

Everything! It was so clean, the Jeff’s so comfortable, the staff so friendly and helpful. It’s super close to the subway with a supermarket just around the corner. We loved the roof top area as well

Very friendly Staff, liked the slippers & drinks provided along with small kitchen area.

A little small, a little closer to the Station would have been nicer. More snacks or things to eat with the room or available for purchase.

The welcome drink and check in was so lovely after a long way of navigating to get there from Kyoto -Staff where so helpful. Wherever we went they gave us written direction very easy to follow

Everything!! The rooms were so comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful. We had welcome drinks on arrival and a selection of cans and water in the fridge free of charge. A The roof terrace was amazing stunning views. Free washing machine with free detergent and a heated shower room to dry your clothes. Close to the underground and SkyTree

A charming stay at a modern hotel with the convenience of location options without being in a tourist trap.

two thumbs up to Ms DongYue, helpful and friendly.

Spacious and cozy. Not many hotels in Tokyo had the luxury of space. Very thoughtful for guest/s. Well equipped with light cooking facilities, mini fridge, free drinks, snacks.. Loved the roof top with an view too. techie room. last but not least, thanks to Ms Dongyue for the assist, we loved it.

Easy City

The Location was absolutely perfect! SkyTree and various stations are in close proximity. The staff was super helpful and also provided luggage transfer to our next hotel. A+

While the room was super clean and well kept, there was a lingering scent that seemed odd. It may have been the air freshener they used or even the Kitchen area, but we couldn’t figure it out.

Wonderful

excellent hotel if you’re staying around skytree and asakusa area. the area is very quite as the hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood however oshiage skytree station is only 4 mins walking from the place. I didn’t meet any of the staff but they were helpful and whenever I needed something I just messaged them through booking messages

I really enjoyed my stay! Very comfortable and felt safe. Will visit again!

The location was great! Very close to the skytree which is a good landmark for someone who gets lost easily. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were bigger than I expected. Good for if you're traveling with a friend.

It was good overall nothing to complain about. I just wish hotels had more of a variety of sizes in slippers.

Best accomodation experience we’ve had.

The staff were the most helpful and considerate staff who thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the train stations/bus stops, supermarkets and Sky Tree. The rooms were new and exceptionally clean, snacks and drinks were provided, it also had a rooftop hangout spot with great view of the Sky Tree. It was also handy to have a drying function in the bathroom for clothes.

Hidden Gem

This was the best place we stayed at in Japan And will defiantly be back in the future . It is a beautiful little hotel with an amazing view of the sky tower . The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us . I really can’t praise them enough . There is free coffee and tea all day in the reception area and a beautiful rooftop to relax on . There is also free use of the washing machine . Thank you for being so accommodating!
